Returns & Exchange Policy
At Found in Common, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we make returns and exchanges simple:
1. Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Jewellery must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Customised or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@foundincommon.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will schedule the return shipping and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging for the pickup.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.
- If the new item is of a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
